Silver gelatin print by Keith Pearson Lewis, dated 28 June 1960. Image shows the aftermath of the fire at Hendersons department store in Church Street, Liverpool. Scaffolding has been erected on the front of the building. 11 people were killed in the fire. The tragedy led to Parliament passing the Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act.
