Colour transparency. Renovation of Albert Dock, Liverpool, Block D, later Merseyside Maritime Museum, exterior, north elevation and quayside with scaffolding to most elevations. Portal frames being craned onto fourth floor, west corner. After demolition of cold storage slated roof structure addition to the west end of Block D on fourth floor, from when it was adapted as a cold store 1899, meant that a new roof was needed which took the form of a steel portal frame. North infill cold store adaptation also demolished. Crane and construction vehicles in view plus car. Workmen also in view. North end of Block C, Tate Liverpool visible.
