Phrynobatrachus inexpectatus Largen, 2001

Small frog. Pale to dark grey or brown above, often with a pale stripe and symmetrical pattern of darker blotches. Underside silvery-white or cream, typically with grey, brown or blackish freckles or blotches. Length up to 23 mm.
