Sailings and arrivals at Garston Dock / Manchester Ship Canal. Please note, despite their name, these volumes do not refer to Liverpool’s Pier Head. The first two volumes contain details of sailings and arrivals at Garston Dock. The remainder are a record of mainly small coastal and canal traffic that has been inspected and rummaged by Customs and Excise along various points (or stations) along the Manchester Ship Canal (around 10% of the total references cover stations on the Weaver and other small rivers and canals).
