Anatomical votive model depicting the eyes and nose of a simplified human face. Curved, convex mask-like plaque moulded in relief on front, plain in back, depicting the eyes and nose of a simplified human face. Bottom and sides are straight, upper edge is curved; the eyes have thick lids, and above the left is incised a thin eyebrow. Dull tan-orange clay containing abundant black grit and small flakes of mica. Intact, although slightly abraded.
