Plaque Seal (Forgery)

Forged green glazed steatite rectangular plaque seal. One side is inscribed with the cartouche of Thutmose III (Menkeheperra) flanked by two Maat feathers, above a 'gold' sign. The other side is inscribed with a figure seated on a chair, holding a scepter, and decorated with two nefer signs and a Maat feather. Pierced through the length for suspension. Glaze worn off in places.
