Portrait of Rowley Smart

Edgar Rowley Smart was born in Manchester and studied at the School of Art from 1901 - 1903. He moved later to Liverpool where he met Preston and probably sat for this drawing. Both artists were associated with the Sandon Studios in Liverpool.
