There are four photographs attached to the back of this drawings mount. They are presumably connected to the sitter Mr H G Hockenhull. The first is a portrait of a lady, which is signed Iris; the second is a portrait of a soldier in sergeant’s uniform; the third depicts a group of nine soldiers all in uniform and the forth is a soldier standing against an army hut.
