Potstand

Pottery ring shaped stand to support a jar. Rim at top wit a flaring base. No trace of an excavation mark. Assumed to be from Sir Francis Danson's subscriptions to Garstang's excavations at Abydos, 1907-1909. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Running crack from base, surface loss, chipped, pitted, surface dirt.
