Wide pottery ring shaped stand to support a jar. with rim at the top and bottom. No trace of an excavation mark. Assumed to be from Sir Francis Danson's subscriptions to Garstang's excavations at Abydos, 1907-1909. CONDITION NOTE 1998: White residue, surface dirt, chipped, pitted.
