Potstand

Pottery ring shaped stand to support a jar. Biconical with thick carinated base. No trace of an excavation mark. Assumed to be from Sir Francis Danson's subscriptions to Garstang's excavations at Abydos, 1907-1909. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Chipped, worn, white residue, surface dirt.
