Psammophylax tritaeniatus (Gunther, 1868)

Greyish olive above with black-edged dark brown line running from head to tail, a broad dark brown stripe runs along the flanks from behind the nostril to the tip of the tail, below this is a narrow orange to reddish brown stripe. Length up to 75 cm.
