Ptah-Sokar-Osiris Figure

Painted wooden figure of Ptah-Sokar-Osiris on a pedestal. Painted red with details in white, black, blue and yellow. Hieroglyphic inscription down the front reads: "Hail to thee, lord of the west, lord of the sacred land...". Pedestal bevelled at the front .Only part of the feather crown of the head-dress survives in place, with one fragment loose (numbered M11050 in error). CONDITION NOTE (1998): Incomplete, figure is loose in base, two holes, surface loss, surface dirt, some cracking in surface, discoloured. Head dress is damaged.
