Ptychadena tellinii Peracca, 1904

Golden-brown or red-brown to brick red above, usually lacking darker markings on the back and only occasionally having a contrasting triangular patch on the upper surface of the snout. Underside white or greyish. Length of males up to 42 mm, females 53 mm.
