Razor Knife

Bronze razor with three rivet holes for attachment of a handle now missing. Probably collected in Upper Egypt, near Thebes. Old label said "Razor. T[ime] of Thothmes III". Part of a small group of objects from the William Hood collection, found at Nettleham Hall in a box after the sale of his collection at Sotheby's 11 November 1924. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Corroded at one end.
