Refloating HMS Gladiator

Glass lantern slide by unknown photographer, 1908. Image shows ballast and work being done on the Ryal Navy cruiser HMS Gladiator, including some sort of apparent draining. Gladiator was involved in a collision in April 1908 with the International Navigation Company liner, St Paul, off Yarmouth, Isle of Wight.
