Information

Painted limestone wall fragment with joins to 1973.4.3 at the top left to complete the left side of the boat and the frieze of uraei on top of the booth. Two registers: upper register shows a woman standing on a boat; Lower register shows a kig holding out nw pots as an offering to a god with a booth topped by frieze of uraei (rearing cobras). To the right of the king is the plumed headdress of a god (Amun or Min?). Six incised columns of hieroglyphs. Poor condition with traces of paint still in place. Mended from two pieces with a white substance. Requires conservation treatment. Pencil writing on the back : 4/4.
