Religious Figure / White Tara

Small bronze figure of White Tara. Figure sits on a double lotus pedestal in yogic, or meditational pose. Her right hand is extended in the gesture of charity / blessing or varada mudra, while the left hand is holding the stem of a fully opened lotus flower that appears behind her left shoulder. Although well-worn she appears to wear the five-jewelled crown of the Bodhisattva.
