Rosette from a brooch with a conical boss supporting a globular moulding on the tip, surrounded by 18 petals and mounted on a circular disc with a crenelated edge. 

A thick, perpendicular cuboid fitting projects from the centre of the base with two perforations, through which two fragments of circular-sectioned wire are threaded. The upper surface is gilded.

This rosette would have been attached to a large trumpet brooch, MOL.2015.90.1.
