Rouleau vase

Vase, of rouleau form, painted in brilliant famille verte enamels with touches of gilding. Two large central panels containing sprays of prunus and chrysanthemum, with bird and inscription in each; between these, small panels of leaf and other shapes containing monsters, lotus and ducks, peony spray and bird, on brocade ground of netted green strewn with floral scrolls in colour. Four small panels above and below containing poultry, mole, grass and bamboo. Shoulders similar to body, with chrysanthemums in coral-red. On the neck, two panels of fish and lobsters among water weeds.
