Sandal

Fragments of leather sandal. Broken in pieces, with toe thong, glued to folded sheet of paper with many pieces now loose. Source information not recorded. Does not appear to be part of Joseph Mayer's Egyptian colleciton. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Adhered to unsuitable mount, hard and brittle, discoloured, cracked, orange residue on surface, fibres adhered to surface, surface dirt.
