Sarcophagus Panel

Front panel from a sarcophagus, pair of doors in centre flanked by strigillated panels (parallel S-shaped grooves). The door panels are decorated with lion heads and cupids leaning on torches, the pediment with a wreath. Originally there were figures of the 'good shepherd' in the narrow panels at the ends of the front.
