Scarab

Green glazed steatite scarab seal decorated on one side with details of the wings, legs, as well as very finely carved and detailed head with curved antennae described on the catalogue card as resembling the head of a ram. The other side is inscribed with hieroglyphs including a sun disc, a hill, a 'mn' sign, 'n' sign and 'nb' sign. It is pierced through the length for suspension. Chipped on the base.
