Scarab

Blue/green glazed faience scarab seal of rough square shape, decorated on one side with two small handles joined together in the shape of two scarabs with long legs, pierced through the middle for suspension. The other side is flat, modelled in the shape of two cartouches and inscribed with hieroglyphs of raised cobras and other signs. Possibly a forgery.
