Scarab

Blue-green glazed steatite scarab shaped seal with inscribed base. Inscribed for Bebi an “officer of the city regiment” within a rope border. Pierced through the length for threading. Recorded as being from tomb 223 E '06, with a drawing of the underside in the excavation archive.
