Scarab

Faience scarab seal with details of the head, wings and legs roughly modelled on the back, and flat base inscribed with hieroglyphs including a sacred solar bark at the top of the inscription, followed by a forleg (xpS sign), a water sign and other hieroglyphs. Pierced through the length for suspension. Well preserved apart from glaze which is gone.
