Scarab

Green glazed steatite scarab seal with fine details of the head, wings and legs on the back, and flat base inscribed with hieroglyphs in oval circle surrounded by a border of ankh and djed signs. Pierced through the length for threading. Recorded as being from tomb 153 E '05 excavated between 14-21 April 1905.
