Steatite scarab seal with details of the head, wings and legs on the back, and flat base inscribed with squatting figure with arms raised in adoration before a kind of pillar. Pierced through the length for suspension. Glaze now worn away. Chipped in several places.

The catalogue card says "Ex. Hilton Price collection. Given Miss F. Lawrence". Ex Frederick George Hilton Price collection, sold at Sotheby's, London, 12-17 July 1911.
