Scarab

Steatite scarab shaped seal inscribed on the base, "Happiness, Health, Vigour, Wealth!". Previously in the collection of Mr Frank Stevens, and described by his as coming from Cyprus. He had shown the scarab to Professor Archibald Sayce (1845 – 1933) who dated it to 2000 BC.
