Scarab (Forgery)

Steatite scarab seal with details of the head, wings and legs on the back, and flat base inscribed with a scarab beetle in the middle, a 'mn' sign and two 'nb' signs. Poor execution of the inscription suggests this is a forgery, although not noted on the record card. Pierced through the length for suspension. Excellent preservation.
