Scaraboid

Blue faience glazed scaraboid (?) with the shape of a drop bead but with marks on the back simialr to a scarab. The flat underside is incised with hieroglyphs. Pierced at the narrowest end for suspension. Date of the object (and authenticity) is uncertain.
