Scribal Palette Fragment

Fragment of a wood with black ink hieratic text on both sides. Possibly part of a scribal palette or a writing board. Blue sticker with the number 1269 in rectangular frame (de Rustafjaell collection). Probably purchased at Sotheby's, London, 9-10 December 1907 (Robert de Rustafjaell sale) Lot 149/30 "Thirty wooden Tablets and Labels from Mummies, etc.; mostly of Coptic date; the names incised or painted".
