Forgery of an ancient Egyptian antiquity acquired by Sir Henry Wellcome before 1936. Paper label with serrated edge printed 689. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Incomplete, surface dirt, chipped, worn, pitted, label adhered to surface, white residue. Purchased at Sotheby's, London, 19 – 21 December 1906 (de Rustafjaell sale).
