Forgery (?) of an ancient Egyptian antiquity acquired by Sir Henry Wellcome from the Robert de Rustafjaell collection. Rectangular label with serrated edge with print number 687; placed over a round label with blue border. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Incomplete, surface chipped, discoloured, surface dirt, labels adhered to surface.
