Shabti

Mummiform shabti wearing a tripartite wig, and a long and wide divine beard that is the same length as the lappets of the wig. The hands emerge from a shroud, holding hoes. A basket is carried behind the left shoulder. The figure is supported by a dorsal pillar and stands upon a trapezoidal base. The front of figure has a lightly impressed vertical hieroglyphic inscription. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Chipped, pitted, discoloured, worn, surface loss.
