Information

Mummiform shabti wearing a plain tripartite wig with a seshed headband. The arms are crossed right over left on the chest, and the hands hold a pair of hoes modelled in shallow relief and painted black. A square basket, marked with 3 lines, is carried with straps across both shoulders. On the front is a vertical column of hieroglyphs. The mould made clay figure was painted green with details in black but there is now significant surface loss. Broken across the knees. CONDITION NOTE 1998: broken in two piecs, very friable clay, surface loss, very worn, chipped, pitted, surface dirt.
