Mummiform shabti wearing a plain tripartite wig with long lappets. The arms are held in a crossed position over the chest. Poor technique with minimal preservation of any decoration. Remains of black resin in places. Piece missing from the front on the lower legs. Stickers on the front "147" and "71". Label on the back: "Egypt from Saccara". Once mounted on a modern wooden plinth. Label reads: "Ancient Egyptian portrait statuette excavated at Saccara well preserved and rare (in wood) B.C. 200 - 300." Recorded as being from the Page collection.
