Shabti of Djedmontuiufankh

Overseer shabti of pale green glazed faience wearing a duplex wig tied by fillet and a projecting kilt inscribed with a column of hieroglyphs. The right arm held against the chest holding whip, left arm by the side. Broken below the kilt. Surviving inscription reads: The Osiris, Djed-Montu-iu… A complete example in the Petrie Museum, London (UC39959) is inscribed Djedmontuiufankh. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Incomplete, surface loss, surface dirt, cracked, pitted.
