Mummiform shabti wearing a plain tripartite wig. The arms are crossed on the chest, and the hands hold a pair of hoes added in black. The hands and face are painted red. The eyes and brows are added in black. A small trapezoidal basket is painted behind the right shoulder. It is very faded but has a clear shoulder strap. A vertical column of inscription names the owner as Iwef(y). The owner’s full name of Iwefy is confirmed on parallels in Bolton (1902.49.1) and Manchester (MM 1275a). Label stuck to surface "Auf". Transliteration and translation of the inscription: Wsir it-nTr n Imn Iw[f(.y) mAa-xrw],“The Osiris, the God’s Father of Amen, Iwe[f(y), justified]”. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Worn, pitted, surface dirt.
