Shabti of Nes–ta–neb(t)–isheru

Mould-made faience ceramic mummiform-shaped shabti. Wears a plain tripartite wig with a sashed headband tied at the back being added in black. The arms are crossed on the chest, and the hands hold a pair of hoes that are added in black. On the back is a bag, trapezoidal in shape, with diamond hatched detail and shoulder straps. Eyes with brows are added in black. A vertical column of painted inscription reads, “The Osiris, Nes–ta–neb(t)–Isher(u), justified”.
