Mummiform shabti, shaped from dried clay with white wash and details added in black. Wearing a wing with a seshed headband that is tied at the back added in black. The hands meet on the chest, and carry a pair of hoes added in black in varying degrees of clarity. A square–hatched basket with shoulder straps is carried on the back. The face on each figure is rather poorly–modelled. Eyes with brows are added in black. A vertical column of inscription is now very worn reads, “The Osiris, Ta–bak–en–Khonsu”.
