Sibynophis melanocephalus (Gray, 1835)

Brown or greyish above, has dark stripe along middle of the back with light yellow or bluish stripe on either side each of which has a series of black spots, head reddish or dark brown with white stripe, edged with black, on upper lip. Length up to 60 cm.
