CONDITION NOTE (1998): Incomplete, worn,surface dirt, surface loss, labels adhered to surface
Possibly purchased by Wellcome at Sotheby's 13-17 Jun 1921 (Amherst collection) Lot 277/2 "A grey granite Torso of (?) a Queen; and a black granite Hand holding an Ankh of a Sekhmet Figure; XIX Dyn.". Or acquired from the de Rustjafaell collection like many other similar sculpture fragments.
