Statue Fragment

Crook from a statue inlaid with coloured glass or paste. Previously described as a fish hook. Little rectagular label with red printed text: 1983 (seemingly Rev. William MacGregor's collection number). CONDITION NOTE (1998): Corroded, glass is very pitted, surface loss, label adhered to surface, fresh corrosion?
