Steam Ship on the Mersey

This was part of the Liverpool Academy Album that was presented to Alderman John Lea (1850 - 1927) in 1926. Lea was the Chairman of the Arts and Exhibitions Sub-Committee between 1896 and 1927. He was a Liverpool merchant, city councillor, Lord Mayor and Alderman.
