Inscribed panel of limestone with standing male before an inscription covered in relief. 7th Dynasty. Inscription in four horizontal lines, with a hand-copy made by Percy Newberry in 1910 on the catalogue card.
Described in 1910 as being of good technique; broken into two pieces: fragment missing from right hand lower corner.
The object is unlocated and presumed destroyed in the Second World War when the Museum was destroyed by a fire-bomb.
