Information

A string of beads and amulets, mostly of blue faience or blue glazed steatite, but also one of carnelian. A mixed variety forms including long cylinder-shaped and ball-shaped beads. One green glazed amulet is in the form of a lizard and there is also a small cone-shaped shell threaded to the string. From tomb 24 A’06 at Abydos excavated by Professor John Garstang in 1906.
