Tablet

The design on this tablet is copied from an famous ancient statue which was in Rome in the late 18th Century. The tablet depicts the Venus Callipyge. It is supposed to represent one of two sisters from an ancient story. The sisters argued over who had the most beautiful bottom. To decide the question they asked a complete stranger to choose, on condition that he married the girl that he selected.
