Glazed faience amulet in the shape of the ibis-headed god, Thoth. Represented as a male figure with ibis head, wearing a wig, dressed in a short pleated kilt. Left leg advanced, both hands held at the side. Oblong base. Flat pillar up the back. Traces of imperfect perforation at the back, below the bottom of the wig. Fair technique. Glaze blistered. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Surface dirt.
