Tibetan official's summer hat

Summer hat or chag da for a fourth grade Tibetan official. Orange brocade above, red brocade below rim. Crown covered in red silk tassels. Surmounted by gilded copper knob set with a turquoise stone. It has a blue and red braided chin strap fixed at both ends with gold wire endless knots finished with silk blue tassels.
